The Jazz Vocalists of Minnesota held a highly successful jam at the Sage Wine Bar in Mendota Heights on May 30th, filling the comfortable bar with patrons and song. This was a good warm up for the JVM’s Singers Showcase at the 2009 Twin Cities Jazz Festival.  

This year JVM will perform at Camp Bar in St. Paul as part of Jazz Night Out on June 18th, 8:30 pm – 12:30 am. (See the festival website for full schedule at www.twincitiesjazzfestival.com). Free trolleys will take jazz fans to any of the 15 clubs on the Club Crawl circuit. Other member gigs in June:
