The Jazz Vocalists of Minnesota will hold their first public workshop of the season on Saturday, October 4th, at Schmitt Music in the Galleria in Edina. Presenting the singers and styles of the 1920s and 30s, leaders Arne Fogel, Rhonda Laurie and Vicky Mountain will provide some insights into vocal jazz history as well as work with participants with a live band to develop singing skills.
