The University of Wisconsin-River Falls Department of Music Presents The JAZZAX Saxophone Quartet in concert on Sunday, October 9 at 4:00 PM at the William Abbott Concert Hall, Kleinpell Fine Arts Building. Led by Dave Milne, the JAZZAX Saxophone Quartet is a creative saxophone quartet dedicated to the exploration and performance of original jazz compositions and improvised music, innovative arrangements of jazz classics, and newly composed works commissioned by JAZZAX. JAZZAX Saxophone Quartet features David Milne on soprano/alto saxophone, Michael Walk on alto saxophone, Pete Whitman on tenor saxophone, Greg Keel on baritone saxophone. Tenor star, Dave Karr will be substituting for Pete Whitman for this performance That also will include special guest artists vocalist Judi Donaghy and pianist Laura Caviani.
