ImageThe Los Angeles area offers many choices to jazz-loving new year's revelers. One of the best bets is the aptly named 'New Years Eve All-Star Jazz Party' at Clancy's Crab Shack, which features the saxophonist James Moody, and pianist Eric Reed with special guest vocalist Paula West and Tony Dumas, bass Paul Kreibich, drums. The Crab Shack is offering a "Sumptuous Gourmet Dinner: featuring: Soup or Sald for starters, Selection entrees including Seafood Specialities, Dessert, Champagne Toast, Party Favors, Gift Goody Bag, and All-Star Jazz Show! Clancy's Crab Shack is located at 219 North Central Avenue, Glendale (818) 242-CRAB

You can also have some fun while you do some good - it's like having a party and fulfilling a new year's resolution at the smne time. The Jazz Bakery Presents Ernie Andrews in it's fund-raising new years eve party! And it's tax-deductable! (with champagne, coffee and sweets all night long) . Vocalist Ernie Andrews is one of the best kept secrets in jazz today. A master of ballads and the blues, Andrews projects from his soul with every riveting performance. When it comes to his repertoire, honesty is Andrews' policy. He won't sing a song if he can't identify his own life experiences with it.
