  LOUIS NEAL is a Kansas City area bandleader, educator, composer and arranger whose most recent release, "Bigger and Better" captures swing, Kansas City style. This release is currently available at the American Jazz Museum's Swing Shop and contains splendid arrangements of the following compositions: "Meet Ellen"; "Robin's Nest"; "My One and Only Love"; "For the Love of You"; "Groovin' High (On the Down Low)"; "My, My, My"; "The Boy from Ipanema"; "It's All Relative"; "Love Won't Let Me Wait"; "In the Mix"; and, "Moten Swing".

Mr. Neal is the arranger of several Alaadeen compositions that are available here at Fandeen Publishing Company's website. As an active artist/educator, Mr. Neal and his ensemble can be heard performing regularly at venues in the Kansas City area. As a freelance artist and solist, he is also one of the original founding performing members of the "18th and Vine Big Band". This ensemble is under the direction of world-renowned, saxophone artist, composer, and jazz educator, Prof. Bobby Watson.
