The free CD in give-away #17 was the new release "Day and Age" by Triplicate. This was won by Manuel Capitao in Haines City FL. Triplicate is an improvisational jazz trio, formed in 1996, that blends an eclectic variety of musical influences and experiences together to produce a personal repertoire of music defined by their collective group sound. . The free CD in give-away #16, the remastered Blue Note classic The Sidewinder by Lee Morgan was won by Brian Longley of Saint Paul, MN.

The free CD in give-away #15 was the Artegra SACD release "The Bridge" from Minneapolis pianist Chris Lomheim and his trio. This CD was won by M. Hixson in Mendota Heights, MN. "The Bridge" is breathtaking performance that also happens to be a reference quality recording of piano, bass, and drums.

The free CD in give-away #14 given to T. Marcello of New York, NY was the 1959 classic Mingus Ah Um by Charles Mingus.


The free CD in give-away #13 was "This Is Organ Night" from
Billy Holloman. Recorded at the Artists' Quarter in St. Paul, Minnesota, this CD documents the popular phenomenon which is the Tuesday Night band: Kenny Horst on drums, Gary Berg on saxophone, and Billy Holloman on the Hammond B3 organ (Click here to read the review).


The free CD in give-away #12 was "OUT TO LUCNCH" from Eric Dolphy. The prize in CD give-away #3 was the newly released Renovation by the Kelly Rossum Quintet.

The prize in CD give-away # 2 was Crunch Time by Hank Crawford and Jimmy McGriff

Giveaway #1 was Danilo Perez's Central Avenue featuring Danilo Perez - piano, John Benitez, John Patitucci - bass, Raul Vital, Luciana Souza - vocals, Jeff "Tain" Watts, Jeff Ballard - drums, Ray Siegel - tabla, Pernell Saturnino, Miguel Anga Diaz, and Aquiles Baez - percussion.
